The controller of personal data processed on rehbersanayi.com is Rehber Sanayi, operator of the Rehber Sanayi B2B industrial directory, established in Türkiye. Contact: [email protected] or our contact page.

2. What we process and why

  • Company listing: company name, address/location, sector, description, website and business contact details (phone, e-mail) — to publish the company profile in the directory so that buyers can find suppliers.
  • Application: applicant name, e-mail and phone submitted via the listing form — to review the application and inform the applicant of the result.
  • Marketing e-mails: only if you opted in separately; you can withdraw at any time.

3. Legal basis

Your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) and our legitimate interest in operating a public business directory (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). For companies in Türkiye, Turkish data protection law (KVKK, Law No. 6698) applies as well.

4. Publication and recipients

Approved company profiles are publicly accessible on the internet and may be indexed by search engines. We do not sell personal data. Technical service providers (hosting, e-mail) process data on our behalf.

5. International transfers

Data is stored on servers located in Germany (EU). It is accessed and processed by Rehber Sanayi, which is established in Türkiye (outside the EU/EEA), for the purposes described above.

6. Retention

Listing data is kept for as long as the company is listed or until you request its removal. Application records — including the text of the notice shown to you and the time of submission — are kept as evidence of the information provided to you.

7. Your rights

You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability, or object to processing, and withdraw consent at any time (without affecting prior processing). Write to [email protected]; listed companies can also use the removal form linked from their profile page. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection supervisory authority.
